Kelly Cecil to Represent Certis USA As Regional Sales Manager — California South Central and Desert Valley

For information about the Certis USA biopesticide product line, specialty agriculture growers and suppliers in south central California may now call Kelly Cecil. The newest sales manager to join the biopesticide company, Cecil brings with him solid knowledge about Certis USA products and how they are used on high-value crops in his territory.

Bret Menagh, National Sales Manager for the Specialty Ag Business Unit, said the addition of Cecil to the sales team is indicative of the company’s growth and its priority on acquiring talented and knowledgeable sales personnel. “We’ve been aware of the respect Kelly has among his peers in this southern territory,” Menagh said. “We’re glad we now have him on our team representing our new products and additional offerings we’ll introduce soon.”

Prior to joining Certis USA, Cecil worked for SipcamAdvan of Research Triangle Park, NC in market development and was a member of that company’s technology and marketing team.

Earlier, Cecil developed distributor and crop protection programs in California’s southern central valley, Arizona and Texas for Surround®, a sunburn protection product, for Engelhard Corporation of Iselin, NJ. Previously, Cecil also worked for JR Simplot Company, Boise, ID; United Agri Products (now Crop Production Services) Loveland, CO; and Suma Fruits International, Kuwait.

Cecil holds a B.S. in Plant Science, Viticulture from California State University-Fresno. He is a member of CAPCA, the California Association of Pest Control Advisers, and will operate from his office in Bakersfield, CA.
